About me
My bio
I started studying piano at the age of six at the Glasbena Matica School of Music in Trieste, under the guidance of my music teacher, Tamara Ražem. During that time, I performed in various concerts across music halls, including the San Silvestro Basilica in Trieste and several cultural institutions in both Trieste and Slovenia.

At ten, I was thrilled to be admitted to the Music Conservatory Giuseppe Tartini in Trieste, where I studied with Maria Rita Verardi. I had the opportunity to perform several times in the Great Hall of the Conservatory, exploring repertoires that ranged from J.S. Bach to F. Liszt. In May 2017, I played at the Miela Theatre in Trieste during a night dedicated to E. Satie.
From 2013 to 2016, I also took double bass lessons with Stefano Sciascia, and I accompanied several of his students on piano. I had the pleasure of performing at the Museum of Theatre Carlo Schmidl in a duo with double bass player Adalberto Ambotta, where we played the concerto in D major for double bass by Carl Ditters von Dittersdorf. As a soloist, I performed some of F. Chopin's études.
In 2017, after graduating from the Grammar School for Classical Studies F. Prešeren, I was accepted into the Music Conservatory Arrigo Boito in Parma, studying with Andrea Padova. While at the Conservatory in Trieste, I participated in a piano masterclass with Markus Prause and workshops on stringed instrument making and lute manufacturing with Professor Nicola Vendrame. As a listener, I attended piano master courses with Emanuele Torquati and double bass master courses with Nikša Bobetko.

At the Conservatory in Parma, I took part in workshops on piano action mechanisms to optimize musical performance with Luciano Del Rio and participated in a masterclass with Brenno Ambrosini. I also attended master courses with Pietro De Maria and Gianni Cappelletto, and I participated in chamber music sessions with Trio di Parma and Pierpaolo Maurizi. I even took a Feldenkrais course with Giuseppe Pepicelli.

In July, December 2018, and November 2019, I had the pleasure of studying piano with William Howard, Schubert Ensemble's pianist. During my final year of my Bachelor’s degree, I participated in the Erasmus program, studying in Malmö with Hans Pålsson for piano and chamber music with Samuli Örnströmer. As a student at the Malmö Academy, I performed in various concert halls in Malmö, Helsingborg, and Lund, and took individual theoretical and practical lessons with the Academy’s official piano tuner, Linda Stråhle.
In October 2020, I graduated from the bachelor's program in music discipline—piano class—at the Music Conservatory of Parma with the highest score of 110/110. In August 2022, I began my Master’s Programme in classical piano performance at the Norwegian Academy of Music (NMH) in Oslo, studying with Christopher Park. Here, I attended masterclasses with Hyung-ki Joo, Paul Lewis, and Bart van Oort, and I had the chance to perform in Oslo and nearby cities.

One of my main projects was Concert Production, where I helped organize, produce, and perform at a three-day music festival in the heart of Oslo at Sentralen. The musician leading this project and another one called "In Our Hands" was Guy Wood, who introduced me to the world of socially engaged music and thanks to whom I started collaborating with The Salvation Army.
In the summer of 2022, I volunteered at three major music festivals in Norway: the Lofoten Piano and Chamber Music Festival, where I worked mainly as a page-turner for notable pianists like Roman Rabinovich and Kathryn Stott. I also performed pieces from the cycle Musical Toys by S. A. Gubajdulina at the festival’s closing concert. Additionally, I participated in the Oslo Kammermusikk Festival and Ultima—Oslo's contemporary music festival.

In August 2022, I took part in the Ethno Arctic, a folk music workshop with two concerts in northern Norway, including one in Tromsø. In September, I attended the ActinArt Academy Bootcamp in Copenhagen, focusing on developing regenerative relationships with our ecologies and understanding the role of the arts in today’s society.

Since September 2022, I've been teaching at the Oslo Private Musikkskole while continuing my final year at the Norwegian Academy of Music, concentrating on chamber music with a trio consisting of violin and cello, and duos with flute and pianist, under the guidance of Vebjørn Anvik of the Grieg Trio. I’ve had masterclasses with Marianna Shirinyan, Sveinung Bjelland, and Liv Glaser. In November 2022, I organized a concert dedicated to the piano in all its forms, collaborating with fellow student Maria Kessel Hynnekleiv to perform on fortepiano, piano, and prepared piano, featuring works from Mozart to contemporary music.

I also work as a piano accompanist for the programme Ung Musikk at the Norwegian Academy of Music. In spring 2023, I attended masterclasses with pianists Bart van Oort and Einar Heming Smebye. My trio, Trio Sol, participated in an ECMA masterclass with Trio Boulanger's pianist Karla Haltenwanger and the Master Internazionale di Musica di Portogruaro with Trio di Parma. In July 2023, I made my biggest debut at the Lofoten International Chamber Music Festival and worked as an assistant producer at the Oslo Chamber Music Festival.

In September 2023, I performed with my Duo Possibile at Ultima—Oslo's contemporary music festival. Both in 2023 and 2024 I had concerts in Italy and Norway with Trio Sol - one of these was for NMH's jubilee. I substituted several times for Christopher Park, teaching a masterclass and giving individual lessons at NMH for the project "TUP" - “Young Talents.”
Currently, I’m working as a freelance musician based in Oslo, Norway.
